We are proud to announce that our Senior Partner Mr. ZHANG Funong was recently elected as the Executive Member of Shanghai Trademark Association (STMA) in January 2006, which only 3 IP firms elected. STMA established in Sept 1995 is an industrial organization managed by Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce, and its main responsibility is for trademark protection, development and discipline, and to assist the Government to determine the Well-known Trademark under the jurisdiction of Shanghai. With more than 10-years experience in IPR areas, Mr. ZHANG concentrates on administrative enforcement and litigation support in evidence collection and analysis.
