After formal and passionate negotiation for several months, the two firms finally reached to an Agreement for bilateral business development in legal matters mainly I.P. field in HFG’s headquarters in Shanghai in this May – Italian Franzosi Dal Negro Pensato Setti Law Firm (Abbr. as “AA”, www.franzosi.com) & HFG.
Consisting of over 40 lawyers, AA is a law firm based in Milan, Italy with more than 40 years in legal practice. IP Department is the most important part in the firm currently. The leading position of the firm is demonstrated by the fact that the firm is frequently requested to cooperate with foreign colleagues and give advice on foreign litigation. AA has a special connection with China for a long time. In 1984, Professor Mario Franzosi, one of the founders of AA, has devoted a book of Contracts with the P.R. of China.
